Sales Supervisor Job Description
IIQAF Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales goals. You will provide coaching and mentorship to the team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with in-depth product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Closely monitor sales activity and performance, analyze data and trends to pinpoint areas for growth
- Craft and implement data-driven sales strategies and action plans to achieve departmental goals
- Build strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to individual team members
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful sales campaigns and promotions
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including pricing, inventory management, and established sales processes
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and KPIs (preferably in a supervisory role)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to achieve peak performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering strong client relationships
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales challenges
- The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (highly preferred)
Salary: 7,000 – 7,500 AED /month
