Bell Attendant Responsibilities:

• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
• Welcome guests at the main entrance, guide them to the Front Desk, and adhere to check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide guest services and information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with heavy packages, coats, and suitcases.
• Keep the lobby and baggage room clean and tidy.
• Deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned.
• Maintain high standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude as expected in an IHG Brand.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Outgoing personality to help guests and create memorable moments.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star property.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college or university degree is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
