Nanny Job Responsibilities:
As a Nanny with Simply HR Solutions SRL, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide childcare in the absence of parents or guardians.
- Ensure the safety of children during all activities.
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
- Support and help with homework assignments and educational activities.
- Safely transport children to and from school or activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians.
- Implement positive discipline techniques as directed by parents.
- Establish and maintain a daily routine for children.
- Handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Encourage social skills, cultural awareness, and good manners.
- Organize and participate in outdoor activities for physical exercise.
- Be adaptable to changes in schedule and adjust caregiving approach based on individual children’s needs.
