Job Description

Transguard Workforce Solutions currently recruiting a Fleet Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Fleet Manager for Chauffeur Drive Services will be responsible for overseeing the management of a fully equipped chauffeur-driven limousine fleet. This position requires handling an operational fleet depot and driving operational excellence in fleet efficiency and utilization across a range of client accounts. The Fleet Manager will also contribute to new business proposals, client mobilizations, and daily fleet compliance.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Support growth within the account portfolio through new and organic business initiatives.
• Monitor contract compliance, ensuring adherence to SOPs, SWIs, SLAs, and commercial KPIs.
• Oversee vehicle purchase and sales, establishing preferred commercial terms.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to navigate compliance and contractual requirements.
• Manage monthly reporting with data supporting financial contract performance.

Customer Relations:

• Cultivate key relationships within client accounts, maximizing growth opportunities and client engagement.
• Ensure fleet compliance within contract boundaries and respond to client queries promptly.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze metrics and trends to improve transport processes, drive productivity, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead and develop the fleet team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Oversee Fleet Management Reporting, directing the team towards goal-oriented activity.

Innovation and Strategy:

• Engage in bid/quote review and plan strategies for timely and effective solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of fleet assets, from induction to de-fleeting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize fleet management and integrate emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: University Degree in a related field
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a similar role within the transport or aviation industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Fleet and transport management
• Fleet maintenance and vehicle utilization
• RTA compliance
• Strong procurement and commercial awareness
• Proven people management and asset allocation skills

Salary & Benefits

Estimated salary range: AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 per month
