Cabin Crew Job Description

The Emirates Group is currently looking for a Cabin Crew to join their team. A dynamic personality, the ability to adapt to any situation, and a passion for customer service are key qualities for this role. As a cabin crew member, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with their needs and ensuring a comfortable, enjoyable flight experience. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of passengers, while also managing in-flight services and procedures. Emirates offers world-class training at its state-of-the-art facilities in Dubai to help you excel in these duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding in-flight customer service
• Ensure passenger safety by following security protocols and procedures
• Respond to passenger requests and emergencies professionally and promptly
• Actively manage in-flight services and comfort
• Represent Emirates’ professional image throughout your duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school graduate (Grade 12)
• Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with an ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-demand work environment

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month
• Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour (80–100 hours per month)
• Total Average Pay: AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280)
• Meal allowances for night stops, company-provided hotel accommodation, and transport to/from the airport.
