Job Description
Nokia is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) to join its CNS Market Services Team. This role is central to managing program portfolios, customer relationships at executive levels, financial oversight, and business development. The position will primarily support the transition of core network infrastructure to cloud-native systems and the evolution toward autonomous networks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead program and project execution to ensure operational and financial success.
- Act as a trusted partner for customers, engaging with CxO and executive-level stakeholders.
- Oversee program financials, revenue streams, and contract performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program compliance with Nokia’s methodologies.
- Mentor and support Project Managers, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Drive upselling opportunities and strengthen account strategies for long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience managing complex transformation programs in telco/IT industries (cloud, 4G/5G Core, fCaaS models, and autonomous network evolution).
- Proven record of handling programs with annual revenues around €10M.
- Strong experience in customer and partner management, including executive-level engagement and escalations.
- Expertise in performance KPIs, project reporting, and change impact management.
- Involvement in sales phases, with the ability to validate deliverables against customer needs.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- EU citizenship (due to travel and security requirements).
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20%).
