Job Description
ENOC is currently looking for a Performance Management Analyst to join their team. This role plays a vital part in supporting performance execution across the group using ENOC’s Performance Management framework. You’ll contribute to aligning and cascading scorecards throughout the organisation and provide detailed reports and analyses to drive data-backed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and cascading of ENOC Group scorecards by identifying and aligning relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with business units and scorecard champions to ensure accurate alignment of strategic objectives.
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing performance data, preparing detailed variance and trend reports.
- Maintain compliance with performance policies and procedures across departments.
- Contribute to strategy and performance communication across the organisation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Certification in Performance Management is an added advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar industry or role.
- Fresh graduates with a Business specialisation are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with an understanding of KPI frameworks.
