The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and responsible team player, with an advanced level of education in accounting and a minimum of two years of working experience.
As an Accounts Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including posting invoices, bank reconciliations, cashiering, maintaining accounting documents and records, and general ledger postings. They will also be required to perform any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the finance department.
The role will be on reduced hours, up to 25 hours per week, and requires a basic level of computer skills. Experience in a similar role or in a hotel environment will be considered an asset. The ideal candidate should have a can-do approach and be willing to learn and grow. They should also possess good time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
