If you delete your Instagram account on January 7, your Instagram account will be deleted within 30 days on February 6. If you change your mind before the deletion date, you can log in and maintain your account.

To deactivate your Instagram account, follow these steps:

 1.Log into your Instagram account on the website.
2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner, then click on Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down, then click on Temporarily disable my account
4. Choose why you’re deactivating your account.
5. enter your password
6. Click on the Temporarily disable account button.

If you have changed your mind and want to reactivate your account, log in to the Instagram app.
