Job Description
Estherea Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur is hiring a Finance Executive / Assistant Manager. As a Finance Executive / Assistant Manager, you will be vital in managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with the senior management to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Oversee cash flow management and reconciliation activities
- Contribute to cost control and resource planning
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or finance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
