Job Description
Transguard Workforce Solutions currently recruiting a Project Manager Engineering to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing and managing the technical and engineering aspects of ongoing projects to meet customer requirements and quality standards. The position includes coordination with clients, collecting inputs, providing technical support, and ensuring the successful execution of construction activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess project requirements and design conditions, identifying limitations and proposing improvements.
- Collect and process design data, interfacing with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments to ensure smooth project interfaces and coordination.
- Develop solutions for design, manufacturing, and operational issues.
- Review supplier drawings, bills of materials, and other specifications.
- Serve as the Technical Coordinator for automation and electrical design interfaces between EPCs, the company, and the project team.
- Ensure components/systems are feasible and meet project requirements.
- Conduct interface coordination meetings and maintain the interface tracking register.
- Travel to customer/vendor sites for inspections, acceptance tests, and installation supervision.
- Prioritize and schedule work, resolving conflicts and delays as necessary.
- Collaborate with other engineers to minimize project risks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in erection, engineering, or commissioning activities specifically in High Voltage Substation areas.
- Experience in other expertise areas will not be accepted.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex engineering challenges.
Salary & Benefits
Estimated salary range: AED 10,000 – AED 20,000 per month
