Job Description

IIQAF Group is currently looking for a  skilled and reliable Storekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. they are a fast-paced and growing company that specializes in providing high-quality products to customers. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our store, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

 Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store all incoming merchandise, following established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate inventory records
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers to restock when necessary
• Monitor and control inventory movement to and from the store to prevent loss, damage, or theft
• Organize and maintain the store layout to optimize space and make products easily accessible for customers
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, priced, and displayed in accordance with company guidelines
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge and assistance in finding items
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, accepting various forms of payment
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including shelving, countertops, and floor areas
• Communicate effectively with the store manager to report any discrepancies, issues, or concerns
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and expenses
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate product promotions and increase sales

Qualifications And Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a retail environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale software
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Storekeeper Salary: 5,500 – 6,000 Aed/mo
