Job Description

IIQAF Group is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Cashier. As a Sales Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of cash registers.

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with their purchases –
  • Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently –
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area –
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner –
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges –
  • Ensure accuracy of cash registers and reconcile cash at the end of each shift –
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking merchandise as needed

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent –
  • Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred –
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills –
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously –
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately –
  • Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems –
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
