Job Description
Tashas Group is currently looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team at Bungalo34. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our signature dishes, ensuring that each plate is crafted to perfection.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section
- Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and daily specials
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
- Oversee junior kitchen staff and provide guidance when needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for creating beautiful, flavorful dishes
