Job Description
i-Recruit is currently looking for a Medical Administrator with at least two years of experience in customer-focused administration. The role offers opportunities for career growth within the medical sector, including qualifications and career development. Flexibility with working hours and every other Saturday availability is required, as well as a full driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and topical treatments under direction.
- Educate patients on medication use and pre/post-operative care.
- Manage clinical and surgical appointments.
- Handle insurance billing for procedures.
- Accurately enter patient data into systems.
- Manage high volumes of phone calls efficiently.
- Prepare professional written communications for medical staff and patients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a busy administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for tracking and recording information.
- Full driving license.

Salary & Benefits:
