Job Description

IIQAF Group currently looking for a  highly skilled and experienced Surgeon to join their medical team. As a Surgeon, you will play a critical role in providing patient-centered care and carrying out surgical procedures to restore and enhance the health and well-being of our patients. We are looking for a candidate with excellent surgical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform surgical procedures on patients, using advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Conduct pre-operative consultations to evaluate a patient’s condition and determine the most appropriate surgical approach.
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, injuries, and diseases that require surgical intervention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical technologists, to ensure safe and effective surgical outcomes.
  • Monitor patients’ post-operative recovery, assess any complications, and provide appropriate follow-up care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies, and continually improve surgical skills through ongoing professional development.
  • Educate patients and their families about their surgical options, risks and benefits, and post-operative care.

Qualifications And Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in General Surgery or a relevant surgical specialty.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Surgeon.
  • Proven track record of successful surgical procedures and positive patient outcomes.
  • Proficient in using advanced surgical tools and technologies.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure and emergency situations.
  • Strong ethical values and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform long surgeries and handle delicate procedures.
