Job Description
IIQAF Group currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and exceed targets
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of productivity
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Oversee merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage the store’s operating budget, including expenses and payroll
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of retail operations and merchandising techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
