Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier service to VIP guests, creating a memorable dining experience.
- Accurately take and serve orders with promptness and courtesy.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle special requests and dietary needs with attention to detail.
- Set up tables according to the establishment’s standards, ensuring an elegant presentation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Engage with guests in a polite and friendly manner, addressing their needs.
- Resolve guest complaints swiftly to ensure complete satisfaction.
