Job Description

Anantara Hua Hin Resort seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead and inspire the team at Anantara Hua Hin Resort. As the Food & Beverage leadership expert, you will drive the team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration. Your goal will be to achieve the highest customer satisfaction, maintain brand and quality standards, and bring creativity and variety to our food & beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Food & Beverage team in planning, organizing, and administration.
• Achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maintain brand and quality standards.
• Manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve budgeted revenues, profit, and food & beverage costs while maintaining quality.
• Develop team member performance and satisfaction, transforming good into great.
• Collaborate with sales & catering, marketing, and banquet teams to maximize business results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• College degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Kitchen Management role.
• Strong commercial/business acumen.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
