Insulator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insulator to join our team and handle the installation of chilled water pipes, supports, and accessories. The successful candidate will follow work schedules, receive materials from site stores, and ensure that all installation work is performed according to the provided drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities:

• Follow work schedules and receive chilled water pipes, supports, and accessories from the site stores.
• Perform required markings at the site, ensuring workshop drawings/coordination drawings are strictly followed.
• Carry out installation works of chilled water pipe supports, pipes, and accessories according to the drawings and measurements.
• Contribute to the testing and commissioning of the chilled water system when required.
• Ensure that the necessary tools and plants are available to perform the job.
• Always follow the HSE requirements of the site to ensure that HSE regulations are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Capable of handling work related to the insulation of ducts and chilled water piping related to central air conditioning works.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in central air conditioning works and 3 years of handling insulation works.
• Good technical skills and application skills are necessary.
• Proficient in English.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
