Logistic Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics personnel, including logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and drivers.
- Plan and assign work schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems.
