Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and grow a successful multi-million-dollar business
  • Manage store operations efficiently
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team
  • Inspire and mentor partners to achieve their best
  • Foster community connections and create positive experiences

Store Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales focus
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country
  • Availability to work over 40 hours per week, including varied hours
