Helper/Labour Job Responsibilities:

As a Helper/Labour with Ard Al Teeb Agricultural Contracting Co WLL, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with Farm Work:
    • Planting, harvesting, and tending to crops
    • Assisting with irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
  • Maintaining Equipment and Tools:
    • Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining farm equipment and tools
    • Ensuring machinery is in working order and tools are properly stored
  • Loading and Unloading:
    • Loading and unloading agricultural products
    • Lifting heavy bags or containers
  • General Farm Duties:
    • Clearing land, building fences, or repairing structures
  • Following Safety Guidelines:
    • Using protective gear
    • Handling chemicals properly
    • Avoiding accidents
  • Working in All Weather Conditions:
    • Working outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Being prepared for hot sun, rain, or cold temperatures
