What would you do:

• Receive, prepare and pack materials as per quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scanned project documents.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and other departments (project engineers, traffic, scheduling).
• Handle administrative tasks such as K2 manufacturing and purchase requests.
• Work closely with coordinators and dock auditors for efficient operations.
• Share feedback and identify potential issues during daily team meetings.
• Possible future opportunity to support coordinator position.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Logistics or equivalent education
• Many years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English, German and French (additional European languages a plus)
