Job Description
Flowbird is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support the optimization of its business processes. As part of the Business Operations team, you will play a vital role in managing Flowbird’s e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations that meet customer needs and enhance business performance. Responsibilities:
- Catalog Management: Oversee the creation and updates of product catalogs.
- Spare Parts Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date spare parts information, including references, translations, pricing, technical drawings, and product statuses.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries regarding product references, pricing, stock availability, and delivery times.
- Data Consistency: Conduct monthly data cleaning to maintain consistency between the ERP system (MfgPro) and the E-Catalog.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and working with numbers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
Business Operations Coordinator Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: €1,200 – €1,950 per month.
