Brand Ambassador Job Description
Nashville Marketing Group is currently looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join their team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands, promoting their products at exciting events, launches, and trade shows. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, tracking customer feedback, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan campaigns.
- Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Monitor and report customer feedback to the marketing department.
- Track customer preferences and media campaigns.
- Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, training, and workshops.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Brand Ambassador Salary & Benefits
- $650 – $1000 per week
