Job Description

IIQAF Group currently looking for a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to customers in your designated area. You will operate a taxi cab and transport passengers to their destination while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a solid knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate with passengers.

 Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their desired destinations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Operate taxi meters and collect fares from passengers
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained taxi cab, ensuring it is in proper working condition
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading their luggage or belongings
• Keep accurate records of fares and transactions

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a friendly and courteous demeanor
• Ability to handle difficult situations or demanding passengers with professionalism
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
