Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager for Royal Club, you will support the Manager of Royal Club Services in overseeing operations across the lounges and lobby, coordinating and monitoring all guests’ arrivals and departures to ensure that in-house guest experiences meet resort standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support with training and developing team members.
- Coordinate employees’ schedules.
- Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality within a luxury hotel.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a Club Lounge environment or similar at an Assistant managerial level with an international luxury.
- Knowledge in the Rooms, Front Office Division, and F&B.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment managing multiple business requirements while exceeding guest satisfaction.
