Job Overview

The company is seeking a Senior HR Executive – Payroll in Sharjah. This role is responsible for managing payroll processes, employee benefits, and HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies. The role requires close coordination with payroll accountants, line managers, and the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Executive – Payroll, you will:

  • Manage the payroll structure in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Process employee payroll, including salaries, overtime, and deductions using HRIS and ERP systems.
  • Review and reconcile payroll records before WPS bank transmission.
  • Facilitate time and attendance monitoring and biometric enrollment for employees.
  • Administer HRIS payroll enhancements and support system issue resolutions.
  • Monitor and update employee leaves and benefits in HRIS.
  • Provide technical assistance regarding payroll and leave-related inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports, letters, and spreadsheets for audits and management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies related to compensation and payroll administration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or related fields; MBA or PG Diploma in Finance, HR, or Industrial Relations preferred.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in payroll or HR roles, with a minimum of 3–5 years as a Payroll Executive in the UAE.
  • Skills: Understanding of payroll legislation, HRIS systems, ERP systems, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
  • Nationality: Indian or Filipino.
  • Gender: Male.
