Role Overview
As a Storekeeper, you’ll be the backbone of our site logistics—ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are always available, properly stored, and accurately tracked. You’ll work closely with procurement and site teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance; report discrepancies
- Track returnable tools, PPE, and calibrated instruments
- Coordinate material transfers and maintain buffer stock to avoid delays
- Monitor shelf life and prioritize fast-moving or expiring items
- Safely store hazardous materials in line with HSE standards
- Support documentation for audits, deliveries, and supplier returns
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2–3 years in storekeeping, preferably in MEP or construction projects
Skills & Knowledge:
- Training in warehouse safety (e.g., IOSH, OSHA)
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of engineering workflows and submittals
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- High integrity in handling sensitive project data
