Job Description
SAIS Sharjah is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Islamic Teacher for non-Arabic speakers. The ideal candidate will bring both academic expertise and a passion for inspiring students through Islamic education tailored for non-Arab learners.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Islamic Studies in line with the school’s academic framework and Ministry of Education requirements
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Design lessons that are engaging and suitable for non-Arab learners
- Assess and monitor student progress effectively
- Participate in school events and collaborate with the teaching team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies or a related field
- Recognised Teaching Diploma or Teaching Qualification
- Minimum IELTS Band 6.5 in English (required for non-native speakers)
- Relevant teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
