Job Description
ENOC in Dubai is now currently hiring an HR Business Partner to support its Group HR operations. This role involves providing proactive and strategic HR support across various business segments including Retail, Marketing, Terminals, and STP. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for HR processes, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Business Partner support to assigned business units, offering guidance on generalist HR matters.
- Coordinate and support the execution of HR processes such as talent sourcing, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Supervise and plan HR activities to meet team and functional objectives.
- Participate in key HR projects and contribute to the development of forward-thinking HR practices and initiatives.
- Assist with implementing reward and recognition programs to enhance motivation and retention.
- Utilize ERP systems (such as Oracle HRMS) to maintain and manage HR operations efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Professional degree or recognized qualification in Human Resources.
- Specialized training in HR-related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years specifically in the HR domain.
- Strong HR functional knowledge with solid experience in ERP-based HR modules (e.g., Oracle – HRMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of flexibility and customer service orientation.
