Job Description
Palazzo Versace Dubai is currently looking for a Storekeeper to join its team. In this role, you will manage the food, beverage, and general store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained efficiently to support daily hotel operations. You will play a crucial part in receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory, working closely with multiple departments to maintain the highest standards of quality and organization.

Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper at Palazzo Versace Dubai, your duties will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Storing inventory in designated locations for optimal space utilization and accessibility.
- Issuing stock to hotel departments as per requisitions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed records of inventory transactions, including stock movements and adjustments.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitoring stock levels and initiating purchase orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in storage and handling.
- Collaborating with the purchasing team to optimize procurement strategies and supplier negotiations.
- Implementing and improving inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Training and supervising junior storekeeping staff to uphold hotel standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
