Job Description
The In-store Warehouse Worker plays a key role in ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment in our retail store. This position involves receiving, moving, and stocking products to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker with IKEA, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Transport products to their final location, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
- Perform replenishment tasks according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Select and prepare goods for customer orders, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Follow store inventory control procedures, including transfers and stock counts.
- Contribute to an inclusive and diverse work environment that reflects the IKEA culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the Warehouse Worker position at IKEA, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or replenishment role.
- Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
- Open availability to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, 5 AM – 11 PM.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3-5 days of offer acceptance.

- Hourly wage: $17.77 – $25.31 (based on experience)
