Active Directory Engineer Job Description:
N Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Active Directory Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. This role requires expertise in Active Directory hardening, migration, and security to ensure a robust and secure infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Active Directory migrations across enterprise environments.
- Implement and maintain zero-trust security models to enhance directory security.
- Develop and enforce Active Directory hardening best practices.
- Automate administrative tasks and configurations using PowerShell scripting.
- Ensure seamless integration of AD with cloud services like AWS (preferred).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance security postures using CyberArk (preferred).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory and authentication-related issues proactively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and security.
- Must be very strong in AD hardening and AD migration.
- Proven expertise in Active Directory and IAM policies.
- Experience in performing multiple AD migrations successfully.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust security and security-oriented methodologies.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Good to have: Experience with AWS and CyberArk.
