Spark Security Services Requirements for security guard:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: SLC
• Minimum Height: 170 CM (male),160 CM (female)
• Weight: Proportionate to height
• Weight: Proportionate to height
• Working Experience: Skilled in related work
• A good communicator in English
• A positive, smart team member
• Able to follow instructions accurately

Other Facilities

• Over Time: As per company rules
• Working Hours per Day: 8 hours
• Working Days of the Week: 6-day

Financial Responsibilities:

• Medical Expenses (in-country): to be paid by the worker

• Domestic Term Life Insurance: to be paid by the worker
• Premium for Insured/Uninsured Employment: Insured/premium paid by the employer company
• Air Ticket: paid by the employer company
• Visa Fee: paid by the employer company
• Visa Stamping Fee: to be paid by the worker
