Job Description
A to Z Tutoring is currently looking for an experienced Grade 12 Math & Chemistry Tutor to join their team. As a tutor with A to Z, you’ll be matched with students based on their needs and your qualifications. You’ll provide personalized instruction in the comfort of the student’s home. Safety is a priority, and we always ensure our tutors and students feel secure. All tutors must provide a Police Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions for Grade 12 Math & Chemistry
- Help students improve their understanding of key concepts and develop effective study strategies
- Adhere to the student’s academic schedule for the full school term
- Ensure a positive, supportive learning environment for students
Qualifications & Requirements
- Multiple years of tutoring experience in Math & Chemistry
- Available for after-school sessions on weekdays (and occasionally weekends)
- Enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Must have a Police Background Check
Salary
- $25 – $27 per hour
